Job summary

The Morley Academy is seeking a motivated Cover Supervisor to support students' learning by providing classroom supervision in the short-term absence of teaching staff. You will be an excellent communicator with the confidence to engage and motivate young people, maintain high standards of behaviour, and contribute positively to the wider life of the Academy.

Ideal candidates will have GCSE English and Maths and a passion for helping students succeed, with the ability to manage a classroom

Qualifications

• GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
• Experience of working with young people and a passion for supporting their success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to manage a classroom effectively and adapt to different situations.
• A calm, flexible and professional approach, with the enthusiasm to contribute to the wider life of the Academy.
