TeacherActive Limited is recruiting a confident Cover Supervisor for a welcoming mainstream secondary school in The Rhondda, Wales. Start date November 2026, temporary until February half term 2027, with daily rate £110 and PAYE payment terms.

You will supervise pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4, ensuring continuity of learning and a positive, inclusive classroom environment. This temporary role offers market-leading pay, ongoing CPD through our My-Progression channel, and dedicated support

Qualifications

• Experience supervising secondary pupils across KS3/KS4.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Able to follow pre-planned lessons and maintain continuity.
• Adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic about supporting young people.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
