Qualifications

• Experience supervising classes in a UK secondary school or equivalent classroom experience.
• Strong behaviour management and the confidence to manage whole classes.
• Ability to follow lesson plans and instructions across a range of subjects.
• Excellent communication, reliability and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage classes, delivering work left by the class teacher.
• Set expectations at the start of lessons and keep pupils focused.
• Maintain a productive and calm classroom environment across multiple subjects.
