Job summary

Qualifications

• Educated to a good standard and passionate about the education sector.
• Experience working with children or in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
• Confident to stand in front of a secondary classroom and follow teacher plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervising work in accordance with school policy.
• Managing pupil behaviour to maintain a constructive environment.
• Engaging with pupils during lessons.
• Reporting behavioural issues and other problems according to school procedures.
• Collecting completed work and returning it to the teacher.
