Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in corporate law.
• Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload including acquisitions and disposals, restructures, MBOs, shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures.
• Provide clear, commercial advice to a wide range of clients.
• Lead on transactions where appropriate and support senior colleagues.
• Build strong relationships internally and externally.
• Attend networking events and contribute to business development.
• Collaborate across departments and office locations.
• Maintain high professional standards and excellent client care.
