Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support conveyancing lawyers with day-to-day management of residential property transactions.
• Open new files, type correspondence, maintain records and prepare files for billing.
• Order property searches and Land Registry documents.
• Prepare straightforward legal documents and update clients on progress.
• Handle calls, post, emails and messages while delivering a professional service.
