Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor, barrister or CILEX.
• Experience in Commercial & Projects Law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating contracts for supplies, services and works.
• Advising on complex procurement projects and governance matters.
• Provide legal advice on insourcing/outsourcing and IP matters.
• Support external clients through the Council’s First North Law LLP.
