Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking confident and proactive Supply Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Leyland and surrounding areas. You will supervise classes in the absence of teaching staff, ensuring students stay engaged with pre-planned activities and maintain a positive classroom environment.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to manage groups of students, and DBS checks. Weekly PAYE pay, CPD access, and ongoing consultant support are provided.

Competenze

• Enhanced DBS on Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children or young people is desirable.

Mansioni

• Supervise classes and ensure students complete work as directed.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and instructions.
• Maintain a safe, organised, and positive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Record attendance and report any concerns or incidents.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson outcomes.
• Support wider school duties and administrative tasks when required.
