Borras Park Full Day Care Provision is seeking enthusiastic Full Day Care Practitioners to join our childcare team working with children aged 2 to 12 years across Playgroup, Flying Start, Early Education, Nursery Plus, After-School Club and Holiday Club services.

You will provide high-quality care and learning experiences, support wellbeing and development, and help plan engaging activities under supervision. We value inclusive practice, safeguarding, and strong teamwork.

Qualificações

• Essential Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification relevant to the role (or willingness to work towards it).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality child-centred care and learning opportunities across Full Day Care and Out of School provision.
• Meet, greet and register children with safe arrivals and departures.
• Support children's wellbeing, development and learning through nurturing interactions.
• Act as key person for a group of children, building secure relationships and supporting development.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress through learning journeys and records.
• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging age-appropriate activities.
