Listers Group Ltd is recruiting for a Car Sales Executive at our Volkswagen dealership in Nuneaton. The role covers advising customers, processing financing and contracts, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Working Mon-Sat with Sundays on a rota and a day off in the week.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
• Motor trade or car dealership experience preferred but not essential.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and match them to the right vehicle and features.
• Handle financing and contracts to complete the sale.
• Maximise opportunities through prospecting, follow-ups, phone and walk-in enquiries.
• Meet monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-ons.
• Collect accurate customer and vehicle data in line with FCA and data protection rules.
