Job summary

Leicester's Listers Group Ltd is recruiting a Volkswagen Sales Executive to help customers find the perfect vehicle and tailor add-ons to fit their lives. You’ll manage the full sales journey from greeting to close, including financing and contracts, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.

You’ll need a valid UK driving licence; prior car-dealership experience is preferred but full training is provided. The role includes a rota-based weekend schedule and an OTE of £58,000.

Qualifications

• This may suit someone who has previously worked as a car sales executive, retail manager, or sales manager.
• You will hold a valid UK driver's license.
• Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Match customers to the right vehicle and features/add-ons to fit their life.
• Handle financing and contracts to achieve customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Maximise opportunities via prospecting, follow-up calls, inbound inquiries, walk-ins and internet leads.
• Aim for monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-ons.
• Comply with FCA and data protection by accurately collecting customer and vehicle data.
