Job summary

GSF Car Parts is hiring a Sales Advisor to support branch sales and provide excellent customer service. You will handle telephone and online inquiries, promote product ranges, and work with the team to meet sales targets.

Role focuses on relationship building, product knowledge, and delivering a high standard of customer care in a fast-paced environment. Hours are 45 per week, with Saturday work on rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or customer service, ideally in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.
• Organised with great attention to detail.
• Customer focussed and target driven.
• Willingness to learn and develop; able to deal with rejection.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• IT literate; knowledge of car parts helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop sound customer relationships and apply effective sales techniques.
• Answer telephone queries and electronic queries to promote products.
• Fully satisfy customer needs regarding parts orders and queries.
• Contribute to team performance while meeting personal sales targets.
• Liaise with Distribution Co-ordinator to ensure delivery requirements.
• Develop product knowledge through internal literature and e-learning.
