GSF Car Parts is seeking an outgoing Sales Advisor to support the branch by delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales targets. The role involves handling telephone and electronic queries, building strong customer relationships, and promoting products to maximise branch performance.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, focus on customer needs, and contribute to a positive team culture while developing product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in telesales or customer service, ideally in a fast paced sales environment.
• Able to meet sales targets and deliver results under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Aufgaben

• Develop sound customer relationships and apply effective sales techniques.
• Assist with product promotions by answering telephone queries and handling electronic queries.
• Ensure customer needs are fully satisfied for part orders, respects or queries.
• Contribute to team performance while working on personal benchmarks to optimise sales promotions.
• Coordinate with Distribution Co-ordinator to meet delivery requirements for customers.
• Develop knowledge of products through internal literature and e-learning resources.
