GSF Car Parts Limited is seeking a Sales Advisor to support the branch by delivering outstanding customer service, handling sales queries and driving promotions. You will build customer relationships, work with the sales team on promotions and ensure orders and deliveries meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales and/or customer service, ideally in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.
• Able to deliver results under pressure and meet targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Developing sound customer relationships and applying effective sales techniques.
• Answering telephone queries and handling electronic queries with the sales team.
• Fully satisfy customer needs regarding part orders, requests or queries they may have.
• Contribute to a positive team performance and personal sales targets.
• Coordinate with Distribution Co-ordinator to ensure delivery requirements are met.
