GSF Car Parts is seeking an outgoing Sales Advisor to support the branch by fully satisfying customer needs and contributing toward achieving branch and individual sales targets. You will work with the sales team to promote products and deliver exceptional service.

The role requires experience in telesales or customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive, team-oriented mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales and/or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to deliver results under pressure and meet targets.
• Organised with great attention to detail and customer-focused.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn and develop; team player but able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop sound customer relationships and apply effective sales techniques.
• Handle telephone and electronic queries; participate in product promotions.
• Fully satisfy customer needs for parts orders, respects or queries.
• Liaise with Distribution Co-ordinator to ensure delivery requirements are met.
• Develop knowledge of products through internal literature and E-learning portal.
