KPI Recruiting Ltd is partnering with a well-established Warrington business to recruit a Buying Coordinator on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves placing and tracking supplier orders, expediting where needed, and maintaining supplier records.

You will liaise with suppliers to confirm deliveries and resolve any issues, contributing to smooth procurement operations. The ideal candidate has buying or procurement administration experience, strong organisation, and excellent

Qualifications

• Experience in buying, purchasing or procurement administration.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive communication with suppliers by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Placing and managing up to 40 supplier orders per day.
• Liaising with suppliers by phone and email to check order progress, confirm delivery dates and resolve delays.
• Responding to supplier queries and maintaining effective working relationships.
• Proactively expediting orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitoring supplier performance, delivery delays, shipping costs and fill rates.
• Working closely with the management team to communicate updates and resolve supply issues.
• Maintaining accurate supplier records and completing general purchasing administration.
