Job summary

Think FE Ltd. is recruiting a Business Lecturer for a permanent position in Northamptonshire. The role involves teaching across Further and Higher Education, including T Levels, and helping students connect theory with practical business experience.

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, develop resources, assess student work, and support learners of varying abilities while collaborating with colleagues to uphold high teaching standards.

Qualifications

• Degree, HNC or equivalent vocational experience in Business or related discipline.
• Teaching qualification preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Business lessons across FE and HE programmes.
• Develop teaching resources that connect learning with current business practice.
• Assess students work and provide clear, constructive feedback.
