Job summary

CJS Recruitment Limited is seeking a passionate Business Lecturer for a Further Education College in West London. You will deliver engaging business lessons, plan high-quality activities, assess progress and support learners' development for employment and further study.

Ideal candidates will hold a relevant Business qualification, FE teaching experience and a recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, CertEd or DET would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in FE teaching or training.
• Strong knowledge of business principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive business lessons to Further Education learners.
• Plan and prepare high-quality lessons, activities and assessments.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Support learners with their academic, personal and career development.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure teaching meets awarding-body requirements.
• Keep knowledge of current business trends and industry practices up to date.
