Job summary

Morgan Hunt is seeking an experienced Business Lecturer to join a leading Further Education college in London on a temporary, ongoing basis. You will deliver high-quality Business education, support learners and help them develop skills for further study and employment.

The role requires FE teaching experience, strong Business knowledge, and the ability to assess learners and provide constructive feedback. Immediate starts are available in a supportive FE environment.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Business within Further Education or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge across Business and Business Management.
• Experience delivering engaging FE lessons.
• Excellent communication, classroom management and organisational skills.
• Ability to assess learner work and provide effective feedback.
• Genuine passion for helping learners reach potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Business lessons to FE students.
• Teach across Business and Business Management programmes.
• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons in line with curriculum requirements.
• Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback to support progress.
• Monitor learner achievement and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Support learners with academic and professional development.
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement.
• Encourage employability and industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff.
• Ensure safeguarding and college policies are followed.
