The Botanist Reading is hiring a Bartender to join our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences at the bar. You will be responsible for crafting drinks, engaging with guests and upholding high service standards.

Qualifications

• We are seeking candidates who are passionate about hospitality and delivering great guest experiences.
• Ideally, experience as a Bartender, Cocktail Bartender, Bar Staff Team Member or a customer-facing hospitality role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to high standards.
• Create a warm and engaging atmosphere for guests.
• Build rapport and deliver memorable experiences.
• Share knowledge of drinks, cocktails and promotions with confidence.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and stock levels.
• Work efficiently during busy services while ensuring quality and consistency.
• Assist with stock management and daily bar operations.
• Follow licensing, food safety and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
