The Botanist Cheltenham is hiring a Bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences behind the bar, bringing energy, personality and confidence to every shift. You will prepare and serve cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, create a warm atmosphere for guests, maintain a clean, well-stocked bar, and work with the front‑of‑house team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or bar service preferred.
• Ability to deliver great guest experiences and engage with customers.
• Attitude and personality valued as much as experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences behind the bar to company standards.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and engage guests.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar and assist with stock management.
• Follow licensing, food safety and health & safety procedures.
• Collaborate with front-of-house to ensure seamless guest experiences.
