Job summary

Ernesford Grange Community Academy in Coventry is seeking an Associate Teacher to support staff and students by delivering lessons and supervision. You will deploy classroom management skills to help pupils achieve lesson objectives and provide appropriate assistance when needed.

The successful candidate will have experience with groups of young people, preferably at secondary level, at least 5 GCSEs with post-16 qualifications, and strong verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with groups of young people, preferably of secondary age.
• At least 5 GCSEs, Post 16+ higher qualifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain good professional relationships with adults and young people.
