Job summary

Listers BMW Boston is recruiting a certificated MOT Tester to join our workshop team. You will perform MOT tests and assist with related workshop duties within a modern, well-equipped facility.

Training for additional systems such as CitNOW is provided where needed to support quality and efficiency. We offer industry-leading packages with an excellent basic salary and OTE up to £36,000 plus benefits, plus opportunities to progress through recognised training.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class 4 and 7 MOT testing licence with DVSA and up-to-date annual training.
• Full driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MOT testing in accordance with DVSA requirements.
• Operate additional systems such as video reporting (CitNOW) when trained.
• Complete all paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
• Collaborate with workshop team to share knowledge and learn.
• Work within the DVSA framework to maintain compliance.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service.
• Ensure work is completed on time and to established procedures.
