Job summary

LA International is seeking a PMO professional for a 6-12 month contract. The role is full-time and on-site in London or Ipswich, with Inside IR35 conditions and DV clearance requirement.

The successful candidate will coach and support the PMO team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and maintain strong relationships to ensure smooth project delivery. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential; MS Project knowledge is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO roles and responsibilities.
• Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders at peer level and above.
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; MS Project desirable.
• Knowledge of programme and project management, service management and design is desirable.
• External qualification such as PRINCE2 would be desirable.

Fulltime onsite in either London or Ipswich

Inside IR35

• Good knowledge of the PMO Roles and Responsibities to aid coaching and support of the PMO Team.
• Able to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders (at peer level and higher) to carry out the functions of the role. Maintain close liaison and strong relationships with key stakeholders in the operation of project delivery
• Great attention to detail and willingness to work within a fast paced and demanding environment.
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Microsoft Project skills also desirable but not essential.
• Knowledge of Programme and Project Management, Service Management and Design (desirable).
• An externally recognised qualification, such as PRINCE2 or equivalent would be desirable.
• Maintain high standards of quality of work, personal conduct and punctuality at all times.
