Qualifications

• DV clearance is essential.
• Experience with Windows Server and desktop apps.
• Strong AD and access management skills.
• Proven incident and problem resolution capability.
• Site-based role in Stevenage with UK Eyes Only environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide BAU support, configuration management across Windows infrastructure and workplace environments.
• Plan maintenance, upgrades, and patching across secure networks.
• Implement changes to Windows environments with minimal disruption.
• Act as Tier 2/3 support for Windows incidents and service requests.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues within SLAs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and long-term remediation activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, asset registers, and knowledge base articles.
• Monitor health, backups, performance, and security.
• Support security policy compliance and best practice.
• Collaborate with managers, service teams, and third-party suppliers.
• Participate in service reviews and cross-functional projects.
