Job summary

Morson Group is seeking an experienced Unified Communications Solution Lead / Architect to support a defence client on a 12-month contract. The role focuses on technical design, integration and delivery of secure Unified Communications solutions including voice, video conferencing and collaboration technologies.

Active DV clearance and sole British citizenship are required. The successful candidate will lead technical delivery, produce HLDs/LLDs, and work with stakeholders to ensure requirements

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Unified Communications solution design or architecture.
• Proven ability to produce High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
• In-depth knowledge of SIP, VoIP, call routing and telephony integration.
• Experience leading technical delivery and managing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of Unified Communications solutions.
• Produce and maintain High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
• Design solutions involving SIP, VoIP, call routing and telephony integration.
• Support the integration and deployment of voice, video conferencing and collaboration services.
• Act as a key technical point of contact throughout solution delivery.
• Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the design and implementation lifecycle.
