Job summary

Tektora Limited, Hampshire-based, seeks DV Cleared Service Delivery Manager for a contract role overseeing delivery of IT services within a Defence programme. On-site at customer premises.

Candidate will manage end-to-end service delivery, incidents, changes, and governance, with strong ITIL background, ITSM tools, and cross-functional leadership. Experience with secure IT environments and reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• ITIL frameworks understanding; ITIL v3/v4 preferred.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in complex environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering IT services in Defence or National Security programmes.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing end-to-end delivery of IT services across infrastructure and support functions in close collaboration with the customer.
• Ensuring services are delivered in line with SLAs, KPIs and compliance requirements.
• Monitoring service performance metrics, analysing trends and generating reports for internal and client review.
• Acting as the main point of contact for the customer on service delivery and performance.
• Managing incident, problem and change management processes in line with ITIL best practice.
• Coordinating with internal infrastructure, development and support teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Driving service improvement initiatives based on performance data and customer feedback.
• Managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
• Supporting IT governance, compliance and audit-related activities.
