Job summary

Copello Global Ltd is seeking a Senior Platform/Infrastructure Engineer to design, build and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure across cloud, hybrid and on‑prem environments. The role emphasizes a security‑first mindset and experience in regulated settings.

You will lead automation, collaborate with engineering and security teams, and drive DevOps practices to improve reliability and performance. The position is based in Woking with London client-site work and hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cloud, platform or infra engineering in security‑sensitive environments.
• Experience with customers and multidisciplinary delivery teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Strong knowledge of core infra services, networks and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain secure, scalable platform services across cloud, hybrid and on‑prem.
• Lead automation of provisioning and configuration using IaC and scripting.
• Support deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement of platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and drive DevOps practices.
• Identify improvements to reliability, observability and deployment efficiency.
