Get Staff is seeking a Security Systems Engineer in Milton Keynes to install and maintain CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems for commercial clients.

The role includes servicing, fault finding, system upgrades, and ensuring compliance with British Standards and health and safety regulations, with a full UK driving licence required.

The position offers a basic salary range of £28,000 to £43,000 per annum, with training and clear career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems.
• Experience in installation, maintenance and servicing of security systems.
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and system specifications.
• Familiarity with British Standards and health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain security systems including CCTV, access control and intruder alarms.
• Conduct regular servicing and testing to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance.
• Fault diagnosis and repair to keep systems fully operational.
• Perform system upgrades and modifications to meet client needs and standards.
• Ensure work complies with British Standards, health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records including service reports and logs.
• Collaborate with other engineers and teams to ensure successful project delivery.
