Job summary

Amey is offering a permanent Reprographics Operator role in Whitehall, London, supporting a major UK Central Government contract. You will produce high-quality print and finishing outputs while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Working hours are 37.5 per week with rotating shifts 08:00–16:00 and 10:00–18:00. DV Vetting is required. The role sits within the Document Services department on the Ministry of Defence contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in reprographics or digital print
• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat Pro and MS Office
• Familiar with Fiery/Onyx RIP systems and print workflows
• Basic printer maintenance and fault finding capabilities
• Good IT troubleshooting and strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality print outputs per client guidelines
• Finish tasks including laminating, bookbinding, folding, padding, scanning
• Manage wide-format print tasks and production software
• Digitise and archive client documents in digital formats
• Follow print room workflows and meet deadlines
• Deliver excellent customer service in person
• Maintain safety and workspace cleanliness
• Work rotating shifts (08:00–16:00 and 10:00–18:00) on weekdays
