Job summary

Amey is seeking a Reprographics Supervisor in Whitehall, London, to lead the print room team within the Ministry of Defence contract. The role requires DV security vetting and a 37.5-hour week, with a salary of £40,000 plus DV allowance.

You will oversee workflows, device performance, and health & safety compliance while ensuring customer satisfaction. Join Amey’s Document Services department and contribute to secure document services for a major UK government contract.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a print or reprographics team.
• Experience in digital print and production finishing environments.
• Strong proficiency with Fiery and Onyx RIP workflows.
• Solid IT literacy including Microsoft Office and basic IT troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the print room team to meet daily deadlines and quality standards.
• Provide outstanding face-to-face and email customer service to clients.
• Manage inventory levels and print consumables across shifts.
• Ensure high housekeeping standards and safety compliance in the print room.
• Coordinate with service providers and onsite engineers for device repairs.
