JCA, a multi-faceted engineering services and construction business, seeks an experienced contract and project manager in the UK. You will oversee a portfolio of contracts, delivering on time and cost effectively while ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage the supply chain, and drive opportunities to maximise revenue and margin across the project lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Proven MEP project delivery experience essential.
• Experience managing complex engineering projects from design through handover.
• Experience in secure or mission-critical environments advantageous.
• Technical/building services qualifications listed above.
• Driving licence required.

Responsabilidades

• Take financial and delivery responsibility for a portfolio of contracts.
• Lead opportunity management, enquiry to quote, pre/post-contract phases.
• Deliver projects in line with contractual requirements and standards.
• Manage resources, supply chain, logistics to complete contracts.
• Forecast, report cost, sales, gross profit and risks.
• Maintain records and client relationships to maximise revenue.
