Job summary

InfraView is seeking a Messaging Engineer (DV cleared) to design, implement and support secure on-premises messaging and collaboration platforms across multiple sites in the UK. You will own key lifecycle stages from design to deployment and ongoing improvement.

The role offers the chance to work within highly governed environments, focus on resilience and reliability, and contribute to secure communications across military or defence-adjacent contexts.

Qualifications

• Strong experience administering and supporting Microsoft Exchange On-Premise environments.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint and Teams in enterprise settings.
• Experience delivering messaging solutions within governed, secure environments.
• Proven ability to manage messaging infrastructure with high availability and SLA compliance.
• Experience producing operational documentation and guidance for users and ops teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure and deploy secure on-premise messaging and collaboration platforms.
• Manage and maintain critical messaging infrastructure with high availability and compliance.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution across messaging technologies and supporting infra.
• Lead technical delivery within a controlled, governed environment.
• Drive continuous improvements for reliability, supportability and efficiency.
• Share expertise, mentor, and develop capability across the team.
