The position operates primarily at 2nd line with exposure to 3rd line activities, resolving escalated technical issues and supporting end users in a secure enterprise environment.

Responsibilities include hardware break/fix, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD, printing and AV; a hands-on IT generalist who thrives in a fast-paced setting will excel, especially with VIP users

Qualifikationen

• Experience in IT service desks or desktop support within large enterprises.
• 2nd line IT support experience with ability to progress from 1st line.
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting with enterprise devices (HP/Lenovo/Dell).
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with imaging, drivers, BitLocker and software troubleshooting.
• Active Directory administration including user accounts and group management.
• Experience supporting HP multifunction printers and printing services.
• Solid networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi, VPN.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, incident management and SLAs.
• Excellent communication and customer service, especially with VIP users.
• DV Security Clearance is currently required.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of 2nd line incidents and requests, resolving within SLAs.
• Provide hands-on laptop, desktop and peripheral support; perform repairs and rebuilds.
• Build, configure and deploy new or refurbished equipment.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD, and BitLocker issues.
• Perform day-to-day Active Directory administration and account management.
• Support printers and managed print services; assist with conference room tech.
• Provide walk-up support at onsite Tech Bar for new starters and loan devices.
• Assist with AV systems and VIP user support.
• Assist infrastructure teams with basic server checks and escalation of complex issues.
• Maintain asset records and participate in device refresh programs.
• Collaborate with third-party suppliers with clear diagnostics when escalating.
