Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will coordinate with procurement and Programme teams, ensure ITIL-aligned processes, and drive continual service improvements in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hardware asset management for major IT systems.
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with SAFe and agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Report to SDM and ITAM lead to keep HAM service fit for purpose.
• Manage hardware, software, and network assets lifecycle.
• Ensure accurate asset documentation and regular reporting.
• Interface with other departments to align and resolve issues.
• Monitor and report status of the asset management program.
• Develop strategies to optimize asset inventory and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with procurement to introduce new assets.
• Ensure services meet target SLAs and performance indicators.
