Job summary

CBSbutler Ltd. is seeking a DV Cleared Demand & Capacity Manager to support critical Defence services within a secure MOD environment. This hybrid role is based from Hampshire or Corsham, for 12 months and outside IR35.

You will forecast demand, plan capacity, monitor service performance, and work with service owners and technical teams to ensure resilient operations aligned with priorities.

Qualifications

• Current DV clearance is required.
• MOD/Defence sector experience is essential.
• Strong background in IT Service Management (ITIL/Service delivery).
• Experience in demand management, capacity management, or service planning.
• Good understanding of technical infrastructure and hosting environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand and capacity across secure IT services.
• Collaborate with service owners and technical teams to forecast resource needs.
• Monitor service performance, utilisation and capacity trends.
• Support service management processes, governance and continual service improvement.
• Identify risks related to capacity, performance and service availability.
• Produce management information and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project and operations teams to forecast future demand.
