Job summary

Experis is seeking a DV Cleared Business Analyst for a 12-month project in Cheltenham. You will analyse processes, facilitate workshops, and support transformation initiatives to deliver measurable improvements.

You will work across strategy, design and change management, building reports for senior stakeholders and visualising data across portfolio metrics. DV clearance is required, with a willingness to go through the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and requirements management.
• Strong skills in process modelling (Visio) and Atlassian Suite (Confluence, JIRA) and reporting.
• Familiar with waterfall and agile delivery methods.
• Able to guide stakeholders through business change and transformation.
• LEAN or Six Sigma knowledge is advantageous.
• Confident communicator with ability to build relationships at all levels.

Rate: Up to 79.00 per hour via an approved umbrella company
