Responsibilities

• Coach and support teams in adopting agile principles to improve value delivery and team effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, workshops, and team delivery events as required.
• Engage with programme, portfolio, and executive-level stakeholders to improve delivery processes and portfolio flow.
• Identify and remove impediments impacting team performance and delivery outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams and programmes.
• Influence senior stakeholders to enable sustainable change and agile adoption.
