Experis is seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Consultant / Agile Coach (DV cleared) to drive large-scale transformation programmes within highly secure environments in the UK. The role involves coaching cross-functional teams, facilitating agile practices, and partnering with senior stakeholders to embed agile delivery across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will combine coaching, facilitation, and delivery expertise to enable sustainable change and improved delivery performance

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering complex business and technology transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of Agile and traditional delivery methodologies.
• Experience influencing and engaging senior stakeholders, including executive-level leadership.
• Ability to coach, facilitate, and delivery transformation initiatives across large programmes.

Aufgaben

• Coach and support teams in adopting agile principles, practices, and mindsets to improve value delivery, quality, and team effectiveness.
• Lead and guide cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, workshops, and team delivery events where required.
• Work with programme, portfolio, and executive-level stakeholders to improve enterprise-wide delivery processes, governance, risk management, and portfolio flow.
• Identify and remove impediments impacting team performance and delivery outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams and programmes.
• Support the development and implementation of transformation strategies aligned to organisational objectives.
• Influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams to enable sustainable change and agile adoption.
