Experis UK is seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Consultant / Agile Coach to support large-scale transformation programmes in a secure environment. The role involves coaching teams, facilitating ceremonies, and collaborating with programme and portfolio leadership to drive agile adoption across the enterprise.

Applicants must currently hold active UK DV clearance and be capable of working in a hybrid UK setting with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

• Proven experience delivering complex business and technology transformation programmes.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Ability to translate business challenges into effective delivery solutions.

Responsabilités

• Coach and support teams in adopting agile principles to improve value delivery and team effectiveness.
• Lead and guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enable collaboration and transparency.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, workshops and delivery events across programmes.
• Work with portfolio leadership to improve governance, risk, and delivery flows.
• Identify impediments and drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
