Base pay range

Role: 2nd Line Storage Support Engineer

Location: Basingstoke

We are looking for a 2nd Line System Administrator to join our team of 2nd and 3rd Line engineers. Your role will involve assisting a high-profile user community, daily contact with customers and stakeholders utilizing the IT Service Management Toolset. The monitoring of Event Management tooling, triage, and escalation is critical to the role.
