Who are we hiring?

We are looking for an experienced software engineer with an active or recently active DV or SC security clearance to join our delivery teams working with customers based in central London.

Your role at Gemba

You will work as part of our agile delivery team, partnering closely with our customers to deliver high-impact software that meets their digital transformation needs. You will develop components of complex systems using modern technologies and best practices to produce reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.

Your skills and experience

We welcome candidates from diverse technical backgrounds, especially those passionate about learning new skills. Technologies we work with include:

• High-level solution languages such as Java, TypeScript, Python, and Go
• Web libraries and frameworks such as React and Angular
• Designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Big data technologies like NiFi, Hadoop, Spark
• Cloud and containerization technologies such as AWS, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker
• DevOps methodologies, including infrastructure as code and GitOps
• Database technologies, e.g., relational databases, Elasticsearch, MongoDB
