Ipswich Borough Council is seeking a Duty Supervisor to lead the leisure facility on evening and weekend shifts. The role is part-time, onsite in Ipswich (IP1 2DE), with a pay rate of £16.34 to £17.17 per hour and a permanent contract.

You will be the on-shift leader, motivating staff, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring safe, smooth operations. Prior supervisory and frontline customer service experience are key requirements.

Formación

• A level or 5 GCSEs including Maths and English or an NVQ Level 3 in leisure related subject.
• First Aid at Work certificate and AED/Defibrillation training desirable.
• Experience supervising staff and handling customer service in a frontline environment.
