You will manage site security, coordinate first-aid and emergency responses, support commercial lettings, and handle minor facility logistics, while communicating effectively with all stakeholders.

Operating on a rotational evening and weekend shift pattern, you will act as the sole on-site presence, ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors. Key duties include managing site security, coordinating first-aid and emergency responses, supporting commercial lettings, and handling minor facility logistics. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, hold a clean current UK driving licence and have excellent communication skills.
