Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open and secure school buildings and facilities.
• Receive, record and distribute post and deliveries.
• Move furniture and equipment around the site safely.
• Prepare rooms for assemblies, meetings and events.
• Respond to facilities requests and prioritise tasks.
• Support reception cover, contractor visits, traffic management and site security.
• Report maintenance, safety or security concerns and assist with estates duties.
