A regional healthcare trust in Scarborough is looking for a Duty Nurse Co-ordinator. The role involves providing leadership and clinical supervision on night shifts, ensuring high-quality patient care across multiple facilities. Candidates must have at least 18 months of post-qualifying experience. The Duty Nurse Co‑ordinator (DNC) will be based at Cross Lane Hospital in Scarborough and also cover Springwood Unit at Malton hospital. This role would include cover for two acute ADULT inpatient wards, two MHSOP inpatient wards, the local Crisis Team and the Section 136 suite.
The post will require predominantly night shift working, although there will be periods of time where day shifts will be allocated.
Candidates must have 18 months post qualifying experience including sign off of appropriate preceptorship or competency framework at the time of applying.
