Reel-Cinemas in Farnham is seeking a Duty Manager to help run and enhance a busy cinema environment, delivering friendly service and leading the Front of House team.

You will support the Cinema Manager in daily operations, supervise staff, ensure guidelines are followed, manage cash tasks and contribute to concession sales while maintaining high presentation standards. Evening shifts and holiday periods are required.

Description

We need a Duty Manager to help run and make our Farnham cinema a great place to visit and work!

Duty Managers have a key role as part of a busy cinema. Flexibility and the ability to work as part of a successful team will be required in this role. You will be responsible for supporting the Cinema Manager in the day-to-day running of the cinema. You will be there to lead and guide the Front of House Assistants. A desire to work within a successful team and having a helpful and approachable personality is definitely required for this role. Previous supervisory experience would be a big advantage for this role.

Must be available 0900 - 2330 all days, as hours are on a rota basis. You will be expected to do 1-2 close shifts per week finishing around 11pm.

Previous customer facing retail management experience is essential for this role.
