ULG, a network of 10 venues across London, is seeking an ambitious Duty Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the AGM and General Manager to deliver great service and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a busy venue.

You will lead a diverse team, uphold high standards, and foster a culture based on kindness, quality, simplicity, and enjoyment. A proactive attitude and excellent guest focus are essential to create memorable experiences for every visitor.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or similar leadership role.
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations and maintain high standards.
