The Range is seeking a Duty Manager for our Bridgwater store. You will oversee daily operations, lead store colleagues on the shop floor, and ensure high standards of customer service, merchandising and safety.

You will work closely with Store Manager to drive performance and store excellence. Join a fast-paced retail environment where you lead by example, coach teams, and ensure consistent execution of policies and procedures.

Qualificações

• Previous retail supervisory, team leader or management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a friendly, helpful and efficient customer experience at all times.
• Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and coaching.
• Ensure store standards, merchandising, health & safety and stock movement are maintained.
• Support store colleagues with induction, training and development; provide feedback.
