Job summary

Premier Inn in Cannock (Orbital) is seeking a Duty Manager to lead shifts, work across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant, and keep the hotel running smoothly. You’ll guide a team, help guests, and solve problems with calm leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people in busy customer-facing environments.
• Confident decision-maker with strong guest-focused mindset.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.
• Ability to stay calm and productive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings.
• Coach team members throughout the day.
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems.
• Work across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant.
• Spot issues early and put them right.
• Keep guests safe and the hotel running smoothly.
• Collaborate with the Hotel Manager and leadership team.
